I had a pleasant stay at Stable Hotel, though there were a few things that could be improved. The room was nicely decorated and spacious, which I appreciated, but the mattress was quite firm, and the Wi-Fi signal could use some enhancement. It’s located conveniently between Anping and Tainan, though it was a bit too far to walk to either in the heat. Overall, I would rate my experience an 8 out of 10.
